What’s better than a good laugh? If we could schedule laughter into our day don’t you think the world would be a happier place?
Sometimes it is easy to forget to laugh. We may be worrying about finding a job, changing careers, confronting an empty nest, or simply feeling the anxiety of the unknown factors in our future. It just feels so HEAVY and so HARD at times. We have family pressures, financial pressures, maybe academic pressures; lots of crazy stuff.
We need to find a way to chill out, and how much easier would it be to get chill if we could just laugh a little more.
Why do I think about this? Because everyone goes around SO STRESSED OUT all the time. Even when things are bad, even when life is getting you down, there is nothing like a good laugh.
Laughter ALWAYS makes you feel better. Laughter is dependable, reliable, and undeniably fun.
No matter what is going on in your life, find something to laugh about. Its medicinal properties cannot be replicated and we all have the ability and knowledge to do it!
